Terms of service
The short, plain rules for using this site and ordering from Hakika Value Wear.
Who we are
Hakika Value Wear is a family fashion and lifestyle shop on the first floor in Ruiru town, Kiambu County — a brand of Hakika Brands Africa.
Prices and stock
Prices shown on this site are in Kenya Shillings (Ksh) and are indicative. Stock moves fast in-store, so every price and item is confirmed on WhatsApp or at the shop before you buy. Prices may change without notice and items sell while stock lasts.
Orders and payment
This site has no online checkout. An order exists only once we confirm the item, size and price in a WhatsApp chat or in person. Payment is made at the shop or as agreed in the chat.
Offers
"All Time Real Offer" deals run while stock lasts and may close without notice. An offer price is secured when we confirm it to you on WhatsApp.
Returns and exchanges
[To be confirmed — the shop's returns and exchange policy will be published here. Until then, please ask about returns on WhatsApp before buying.]
This website
Content, images and the HAKIKA brand belong to Hakika Brands Africa and may not be reused without permission. We work to keep information accurate but cannot promise the site is always error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
