How Hakika Value Wear handles your personal data under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we collect your name, phone number, chosen department and message. When you chat with us on WhatsApp or call, your number is handled inside those apps under their own terms. If analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics sets cookies that record pages visited and taps on the WhatsApp and call buttons — never your name or number.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry — to confirm sizes, colours, prices and stock, and to arrange a visit or an order. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them, and we never sell or share your details with third parties.
How long we keep it
Contact-form enquiries are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. WhatsApp chat history stays in the chat, which you can delete at any time.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Call or WhatsApp +254 798 999 009 and we will act on your request within 14 days.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets its standard measurement cookies; you can block cookies in your browser without losing any feature of this site.
